You can create a new survey for a backer via their individual page on Crowd Control. Search via their username or email, then use the ‘create new survey’ button on the right. You can to click ‘send survey’ on the backer page after creating a new survey or simply copy the survey link and share it directly with the backer.

Why did the backer receive the wrong survey?

The most logical explanations are: 

- that the backer made an error during their pledge on Kickstarter or Indiegogo, or

- an error was made by the admin when building surveys
