Follow these steps in the event that a backer says that they have not received a survey link:

1 – Confirm the backer’s reward group has been sent survey notifications.

2 – Search for the backer’s email/username in Crowd Control on the backer management page.

        Not in the system?

3 – Confirm the backer email has no typos.

        Update the backer email address on their individual backer page then click ‘send notification’ button on the right side of the page.

4 – Advise backer to search inbox/junk folders for a message from the sender name email address you specified on Crowd Control.

5 – In rare occasions, despite all logic, a backer simply can’t find their survey. You can copy their survey link from their individual backer page and send it to them manually.
