1. Navigate to the settings page in ShipStation.
2. Click on Account, and then on API Settings.
3. Select Generate API Key.
4. Shipstation API keys have a designated expiration date. We recommend using the 12 month expiration date to provide decreased interruptions in service. Select the appropriate expiration date then click generate.
5. Make sure to copy both the API Key and API Secret then add them to the ShipStation integration page in the app one at a time.
IMPORTANT
Be aware that this process will need to be repeated based on the expiration date of the API key. You should receive an email notification from Shipstation as the expiration approaches.
