Summary
Specially curated Shopify collections are used to create and manage surveys for each reward level. Products assortments are based off of the product matching completed in the previous step. Any product from a store can be offered for purchase during survey completion.
1. Collections are created on Shopify for each reward level to facilitate survey management. In the base survey items section of the collection builder, you will find the default products included in the survey for this reward level.
2. The campaign add-on section of the collection builder may not be visible for all reward levels or projects. This section will display the add on products selected by backers within this pledge level during the crowdfunding campaign.
3. The survey add-on section is dedicated to products that will be offered for additional purchase within a survey. While campaign add-ons are included by default, any item from a store may be added or removed in this section.
4. Product prices can be edited to create a survey exclusive offer for backers. This process will create a duplicate product of the selected item as before when product matching.
5. Within a survey, the products in any section can be sorted manually to be displayed in the preferred order.
IMPORTANT
Collections should not be edited on Shopify after they have been created in the app. If any changes are necessary, please contact Crowd Control Support for assistance.
